Autumn “De-tox” - Up to 2 weeks

  • Benefits respiratory, lymphatic, gastrointestinal systems

  • Promotes vitality

  • Helps to ward off allergies, bronchitis, constipation, skin breakouts

Design your own detox using these ideas:

  • Focus on conscious breathing 

  • Eliminate sugar, caffeine, white flour products, dairy, processed meats 

  • Stimulate circulation with brisk walks, jump rope or mini- trampoline and be sure to stretch! 

  • Brush skin with natural bristle brush 

  • Rinse sinuses with neti-pot and sea salt water 

  • Increase fiber, emphasize vegetables and fruits 

  • Sip fenugreek tea, or organic low sodium broth steeped with flavors such as rosemary, fennel, fenugreek, cayenne 

  • Eat at least 8 oz per day of lean protein 

  • Take 1 tbsp flax or cold-pressed olive oil daily 

  • Try eating 3 tablespoons of sauerkraut daily to improve digestion 

  • Focus on chewing well and eating consciously 

  • Get to bed before 11pm
