Design your own detox using these ideas:
Focus on conscious breathing
Eliminate sugar, caffeine, white flour products, dairy, processed meats
Stimulate circulation with brisk walks, jump rope or mini- trampoline and be sure to stretch!
Brush skin with natural bristle brush
Rinse sinuses with neti-pot and sea salt water
Increase fiber, emphasize vegetables and fruits
Sip fenugreek tea, or organic low sodium broth steeped with flavors such as rosemary, fennel, fenugreek, cayenne
Eat at least 8 oz per day of lean protein
Take 1 tbsp flax or cold-pressed olive oil daily
Try eating 3 tablespoons of sauerkraut daily to improve digestion
Focus on chewing well and eating consciously
